I talk with some debian guys and make this:
1) Download 1.4.3-2 source from testing
2) Download 1.4.4 source from oracle
3) cd to 1.4.3-2 folder
4) uupdate -u /path/to/1.4.4.tar.gz
5) Merge was ok and without warnings
6) debuild again and get 1.4.4 with merger 1.4.3 debian pathces.

This it seems to really right way to do this.
And it is seems to work.

Just wondering - it is suicide or not?..
