[graalvm-users] gu error

I keep getting the following error when trying to install Ruby or R in
Graal:

Downloading: Component catalog
Error: Component catalog is unreachable.
Please check your connection and proxy settings. If your machine is behind
a proxy, environment variables (http_proxy, https_proxy, ...) must be set
appropriately.


But I'm in an Virtual Machine without any proxy.

Is this a problem with the catalog or should I do some troubleshooting in
my equipment?
