[Olt-users] Silent install of 11.1.0.6 fails with OLT-2.2-03

It looks like your patch directory may have some issues. What is the 
content of

/opt/oracle/oltest/.srchome/oracle-patch-11.1.0.6-X86_64/oracle/critical
