[Olt-users] Silent install of 11.1.0.6 fails with OLT-2.2-03

Hi Lisa,

 ls /opt/oracle/oltest/.srchome/oracle-patch-11.1.0.6-X86_64/oracle/critical
  6778860 7592335  postinstall.sql  README.txt

Also the README in patch 6778860 says that Opatch version 11.1.0.6.2
or later is needed, while the one currently on the system is a older
one.
