[rds-devel] [git pull] initial rmmod fixes

Chris asked that I get the low hanging rmmod fruit sent out.  Here's the simple stuff.  With this trivial rmmod works reliably over here.  I'm still chasing nasty racing bugs that happen if rmmod is pushed harder.
