[rds-devel] New rds-stress patches

Hi Vlad,

Here is another round of patches that goes on top of the current
git version. The major addition in this set is the RDMA patch,
which is a rewritten/restructured/banged up version of Rick's
work. It also includes a number of minor fixes, and updates
the manpage.
