[Ocfs2-users] ocfs2 over slow connection

Hi

I'm having some troubles with ocfs2+drbd8 over a slow connection (say
vpn).

Actually the setup is quite stable, but under medium usage ocfs2 panics
and reboots the machine.
I'm using debian, kernel 2.6.22-4-686, ocfs2-tools 1.2.1-1.3, drbd
8.0.11-1~bpo40+1.

The vital parameters of OCFS2 are:
O2CB_HEARTBEAT_THRESHOLD=50
O2CB_IDLE_TIMEOUT_MS=20000

I'm actually a bit puzzled because I cannot see anything in the logs to
understand what's the problem of ocfs2 in this situation.

The worst of all is that when the pc restarts, drbd tries to rebuild,
but when ocfs2 starts and the rebuild is not finished it will panic both
the machines, causing infinite reboots.

Can someone point me what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks!
