[Ocfs2-users] How to resolve this issue?

Dear all,
   
  I met an issue when I configured ocfs2 in my server.
   
  Server OS: Linux AS4 update2
  Kernel: 2.6.9-22.ELsmp
   
  # ocfs2console
   
  Cluster --> Configure Nodes --> Add --> input node name and IP --> OK --> Apply.
   
  It thrown following error:
      o2cb_ctl: Unable to access cluster service while creating node 
   Could not add node node1
   
  How can I resolve it ASAP?
