	This patch set is trying to add discontiguous block group support for 
ocfs2-tools.

Patch statistics:
01 is for the disk layout.
02-12 we enable different functions in libocfs2 to support discontig-bg. 

13-14 add functions to enable discontig-bg.
15-17 Let debugfs.ocfs2 show discontig-bg.
18 let pass0 in fsck handle discontig-bg properly.
19 let o2image work with discontig-bg.
20 let fswreck work with discontig-bg.
21 let some extras programs in ocfs2-tools work with discontig-bg.
22 enable discontig bg support.

It still misses the support for disable discontig bg, but I think I 
should let this patch set out first to review while I continued my work. 
So that's all.

Am I missing something else? Please point it out to me.
