[Ocfs2-tools-devel] [patch] Add test programs in ocfs2-test to verify removing slots. take 3

Add test script in ocfs2-test to test whether removing slot can work OK.

Modification from V2 to V3:
1. Fix a bug in remove_slot.c when it is complied and run in s390x.
2. Modify test case with 4K/8K as b/s size according to Sunil's advice.
3. Remove the check for source path. So If the user don't specify the 
source path, we assume that the patch has been applied and tunefs.ocfs2 
will corrupt during operation.
