As far as I can tell, Manifold is a javac "plugin" that doesn't require a special runtime. Similar to Lombok.
As a result GraalVM should have no issue with that :
Manifold is only involved with the compilation of Java source to class files / bytecode.
The produced classes are standard and should run on any JVM, including GraalVM.
