[graalvm-users] GraalVM 19.2.1 is released

Hello! 

GraalVM 19.2.1 is released. This is a Critical Patch Update (CPU) release for the 19.2.0.x GraalVM releases induced by the update to OracleJDK 8u231 and OpenJDK 8u232 as the base JDKs. We recommend upgrading to it from the 19.2.x and older releases.
