[graalvm-users] New Release: GraalVM 19.2

Hello everyone, 

Today we released GraalVM 19.2 <https://www.graalvm.org/docs/release-notes/19_2/#1920>. It’s the next major release after 19.1, bringing improved profile-guided optimizations, an included LLVM toolchain, enhanced VisualVM with Java Flight Recorder support, new Visual Studio Code plugin preview, better native image peak performance, and much more.
