[graalvm-users] GraalVM-1.0-rc8 released

A new GraalVM-1.0-rc8 release is ready. The release notes are as always on the website: https://www.graalvm.org/docs/release-notes/ <https://www.graalvm.org/docs/release-notes/>

The binaries for download can be found on the website as well: https://www.graalvm.org/downloads/ <https://www.graalvm.org/downloads/>

The  maven artifacts related to the GraalVM-1.0-rc8 release are available in Maven Central. 

Note some of the Maven artifacts were renamed and a few were added for easier consumption. Please check the release notes for the details.
