[fedfs-utils] [PATCH 0/3] Ease NSDB set up

I'm clearing out some patches this week before posting a long
series that will introduce NSDB client support LDAP referrals.

First two patches in this series provide help for configuring an
NSDB using either an OpenLDAP server or a 389-ds server.  This is
work we discussed a few weeks ago on this list, starting here:

But these are still not simple enough, IMO.  Maybe for the next
fedfs-utils release (0.10) we might do a packaged turn-key NSDB
instead, where "yum install fedfs-utils-nsdb" and running a
Perl configuration script is all that is needed.
