[fedfs-utils] [PATCH] Simple FedFS test setup howto

The following patch adds a setup description that may be used to
test FedFS.

The procedure has been changed from the original I wrote to add
descriptions of the DNS and (Open)LDAP setup and the domain name
used has been changed to fedfs.org to match fedfs-utils package
convention.

The altered description hasn't actually been run by me so there
are undoubtedly mistakes so I would appreciate it if someone could
work through the procedure to verify it is accurate.
