libaio-oracle is not needed for any Oracle install, 10g, 9i, or
otherwise. libaio-oracle is a library to provide SUSv2 AIO calls
(aio_read/aio_write/aio_return/etc) on top of Linux libaio. 9i and 10g
handle this themselves.
