Hi Gopal.

Yes, I got the firewire modules working on RHEL4 at about two or three
months ago, on different kernel releases (2.6.9-34, 2.6.9-34.0.1,
2.6.9-34.0.2, 2.6.9-42.0.3).

I've posted a message at this forum, at that time. Try first to examine
