Description of changes:

- Minor update to comments in increase-verbosity.patch to update
  memoptimizer references to adaptivemm

[2.0.0-1]
- Update to new upstream release [Orabug: 33820292]
- Changing name to adaptivemmd from memoptimizer
- Add Obsoletes keyword to spec file to ensure updates happen
  correctly
- Change a config option name to stop systemd from complaining
  about the characters used in name
- Ensure only one instance of daemon is running by using lock file
