[Tmem-devel] [PATCH 8/7] precache and preswap: precache in a cluster

a necessary part of the patchset but a teaser for future
functionality)

enabling precache for ocfs2... more changes will be required
in ocfs2 for "get"s and "flush"s and this is under
development
