[rds-users] RDS support status

Well I see that no-one has yet posted to this list and I'll be the first...
but lets give it a try and see if anyone's listening.

Anyone know the current status of official support for RDS on your RAC
interconnect?  I'm doing a RAC implementation on IB and would like to know
what's going on since RDS seems to perform better than IPoIB.

I've been doing a bunch of reading and it seems that Oracle officially
supports Silverstorm's implementation of RDS with the Silverstorm switch and
Oracle 10.2.0.3.  (Is 11g certified yet with this?  Has QLogic done anything
since the acquisition?  I didn't find much on QLogic's website...)

I saw a press release from Voltaire saying they were certified for 11g RAC -
and it said they "brought the OpenFabrics RDS over IB solution to the Oracle
database environment".  I assume that meant your implementation since the
project page says you've pushed your source tree to OFED.

But I can't tell what the status of the project is.  I see that OFED
1.2.5is released - does this include an RDS implementation that works
with RAC?
Is it supported?
