Hi Andy,

Looking on net/rds @ the oss hosted rds git, vs Linus tree, its seems like
there has been quite a while since you've pushed code upstream and a huge
pile of patches is carried out-of-tree and actually not exposed to the
outside world except for 2-3 people (e.g AG, ZB, CM) its

it be easier for you start pushing things upstream? if pushing it
all to 2.6.36 is too much, how about doing this twenty patches at a time
(e.g a week...).
