[rds-devel] RDS: please pull for 1.3 and 1.4

Hi Vlad,

Please pull these RDS updates for OFED 1.3 and 1.4. Thanks to Yosef
Etigin for finding and diagnosing the double list del issue in 1.4.
There's also another fix for a locking issue that affects both 1.3 and 1.4.
