Description of changes:

[1.1.0-106.el6.11]
- Modified _get_lun_info function to return page83 ID from /dev/mapper 
for EMC PowerPath devices.  Also forced scsi_luns function to call 
_get_dev_server function for both EMC PowerPath and DM-MP.  Changed 
_get_dev_server function to use alternate data to find sd device needed 
for lsscsi command when EMC PowerPath is installed.
