- nfs_mount function on linux.py tries to mount repos using nfsv3 first. 
If it
   fails to mount using nfsv3 (because rpcbind is disabled), then it gets an
   exception. There is a bug in exception processing logic that 
prevented it from
   trying nfsv4. This patch fixes the bug so that code will continue to 
try nfsv4
   if we get a exception during nfsv3 mount.

- Modified deconfigure_server_for_cluster function to find correct 
device file needed for un-mounting storage repositories when EMC 
PowerPath is installed.  Previously the function determined the mounted 
device file for repositories by querying the Berkeley database which 
records the page83 ID of the mounted disk.  However, the mounted device 
file when EMC PowerPath is installed is "/dev/mapper/emcpowerX" instead 
of the expected /dev/mapper/page83.
