Description of changes:

[9.03.38-1.100.1.el6_4.13.0.1]
- Backport from the initscripts-9.03.49-1.0.1.el6.x86_64.rpm
   package (used in 3.4.2) the fix made in 'ifdown-post' script
   by initscripts maintainers.
   The fix is about preventing loss of data in 'resolv.conf' file.
