Description of changes:

- Add nfs4 when get nfs mount entries
   On current osc-plugin-generic, when check filesystem is nfs, only fstype
   is nfs been returned, this lead when refresh nfs storage, nfs4 did not
   umounted because fstype on ovm3.2.x is 'nfs4', this patch fix it.
