The following updated rpms for Oracle VM 2.2 have been uploaded to the

[2.3-85]
- Check the server status before doing any operation when restart the 
agent's service [orabug 15993358]

[2.3-84]
- Don't use weak ciphers for the ssl service [orabug 12904686]

- repos.py: Add the options when doing some mount commands [orabug 14811691]
- dlm.py: when judge ha , catch the exception and judge if there is a

- Remove the "waiting 90 seconds " logs to make the log info more clear
- Add a retry 5 times for the removing lock function if it can't return ,
   if removing lock is still fail , try to remove the lock file directly

- Modified the method of getting server pool info [orabug 15945304]
- Remove the adding cdrom device when start a VM [orabug 9037521]

- Remove the before codes , add some debug logs and retry codes when 
call the select_tgt_host function
   to choose server to run a VM [orabug 14521118]

- When doing the start_vm operation , re-check a vm's status for 60 
times , and when do the sync_vm_status
   if there has a vm that will change DOWN to RUNNING , get alive vms

- When doing the rm_vm operation make the interval a little longger 
between each chacking vm status operation

- The cleanup.py modified with warning when run on master server [orabug

- When a server dead the VMs will run on other servers in server pool 
while ha is enabled
   and ignore the error info when the servers all try to start the VMs

- Merge -73 version's patch , and remove -72 version's code , try to let 
start_vm db file's lock release later
