Description of changes:

[8.45.30-2.100.27.el5.2]
- Set MTU on the bond before adding slaves to it to avoid delays during 
boot [bug 16848489]

[8.45.30-2.100.27.el5.1]
- Disable bridge multicast_snooping the Linux bridge can not forward 
these packet to its ports,
   and it is not needed.
