Description of changes:

[0.99.0-3.el5.2.15]
- Rebuild for pv installation of 32 bit PAE RHEL/Fedora kernels

[0.99.0-3.el5.2.14]
- Clean up patches 1 and 117 to not create and remove .orig and .rej files.

[0.99.0-3.el5.2.13 ]
- Allow virt-install to create PV guests for operating system images that
   have a suitable xen PV kernel.  In particular, the xen pv kernel for 
RHEL6
   and SLES11 is now found. [bug bug#9753201]
