[Oracleasm-users] ASM DISK in HUNG STATE

One of the disk in my ASM diskgroup is in the hung state.  The diskgroup is 
mounted though it shows that one of its disk is offline and the database is 
running and accesible.

More info:

+ASM1> select name, state, disk_number from v$asm_disk;

NAME                                    STATE      DISK_NUMBER
------------------------------              --------       -----------
                                             NORMAL  0
ORCL_DATA_0000                   NORMAL  0
ORCL_DATA_0001                   HUNG      1
FLASH_RECOVERY_AREA_0000 NORMAL  0


+ASM1> select name, state, offline_disks from v$asm_diskgroup;

NAME                             STATE      OFFLINE_DISKS
------------------------------       -----------     -------------
FLASH_RECOVERY_AREA  MOUNTED  0
ORCL_DATA                    MOUNTED 1


I have no ideas how it got to that state. Any ideas on how to fix it ?
