Hi,

You should to study the syslog of node 1,2,3,4. Why they disconnect with node 5, may be they emergency restarted for disconnection with storage, or TCP channels.
The storage connected with them should be stable for disk heartbeat.
May be the TCP connections or storage connections(such as IP/FC SAN).
