[Ocfs2-users] sudden crash, possibly OCFS was the cause?

kernel-2.6.18-128.el5
Oracle Linux 5.3
Cluster of two machines, several volumes shared.
Pillar SAN, over fiber channel.

# rpm -qa | grep ocfs
ocfs2console-1.4.4-1.el5
ocfs2-2.6.18-128.el5-1.4.7-1.el5
ocfs2-tools-1.4.4-1.el5

Volumes were not full, system load was low. Everything was quiet.

Looks like an OCFS problem, right? Should I file a bug report with Oracle?
