We setup four nodes connected to an iSCSI SAN with 3 ocfs2 volumes.

Last Friday, one of the volumes was set read-only because of the following
error:

Apr 9 01:44:43 fremont kernel: [44313.726447] OCFS2: ERROR (device dm-3):
ocfs2_validate_gd_self: Group descriptor #56060928 has bit count 32256 but
claims that 33533 are free

Apr 9 01:44:43 fremont kernel: [44313.726481] File system is now read-only
due to the potential of on-disk corruption. Please run fsck.ocfs2 once the
file system is unmounted.

(12426,0):ocfs2_search_chain:1394 ERROR: status = -22

Apr 9 01:44:43 fremont kernel: [44313.726522]

(12426,0):ocfs2_local_alloc_slide_window:1185 ERROR: status = -22

Apr 9 01:44:43 fremont kernel: [44313.726580]
(12426,0):ocfs2_reserve_local_alloc_bits:592 ERROR: status = -22

Apr 9 01:44:43 fremont kernel: [44313.726593]
(12426,0):ocfs2_reserve_clusters_with_limit:867 ERROR: status = -22

Apr 9 01:44:43 fremont kernel: [44313.726608] (12426,0):ocfs2_mknod:338
ERROR: status = -22

So we unmounted the volume and started fsck.ocfs2. It's now been running for
3 days, with only one message:

Pass 0a: Checking cluster allocation chains

o2fsck_pass0:1082 | found inode alloc 11 at block 11

The volume is 8TB, with about 300GB used. Should it be running for so long?

Thanks for your help - Xa
