[Ocfs2-users] Not able to mount SAN(ocfs2) on both machines at same time

HI Team

i had configured ocfs2 on my two node cluster.. every thing is fine.. except of i am not able to mount SAN on both the two machines at same time .. if i mount on first it work fine but when i try to mount the same on second machine i got below mention error .. do you guys think i am missing something.
