[Ocfs2-users] mount.ocfs2: Transport endpoint is not connected while mounting

Adding a rule in iptables is independent of ocfs2/o2cb.

But of your qs is about online ading of nodes, follow the
procedure listed in the 1.4 user's guide or the 1.2 faq.
Same procedure.
