[Ocfs2-users] mount.ocfs2: Error when attempting to run /sbin/ocfs2_hb_ctl: "Operation not permitted".

I looked at /etc/ocfs2/cluster.conf and it seems like everything is
fine. Do you think there can be any other problem?

node:
        ip_port = 7777
        ip_address = 192.168.10.1
        number = 0
        name = linux-117
        cluster = ocfs2

node:
        ip_port = 7777
        ip_address = 192.168.10.2
        number = 1
        name = linux-118
        cluster = ocfs2

cluster:
        node_count = 2
        name = ocfs2
