Here is the 1.2.9 for your kernel:

The one you mention will not work.

If still didn't get it, update the tools to 1.2.7-1  - 
http://oss.oracle.com/projects/ocfs2-tools/files/RedHat/RHEL4/i386/1.2.7-1/
