[Ocfs2-users] Need help in building RPM for OCFS2

To get the make to start I used make rhel4_55.0.12_rpm  
If I tried make rhel4_2.6.9-55.0.12_rpm it did not attempt to work.  
Now I receive the message kernel-devel = 55.0.12 is needed by
ocfs2-55.0.12-1.2.7-0.local.el4.i686
I checked and package kernel-devel-2.6.9-55.0.12.EL is already installed.

Any ideas?
