[Ocfs2-users] Error message

      I am new on this, and I am receving this error message:

xen1:/etc# mount /dev/drbd0 /mnt
ocfs2_hb_ctl: I/O error on channel while starting heartbeat
mount.ocfs2: Error when attempting to run /sbin/ocfs2_hb_ctl: "Operation not
permitted"
xen1:/etc#

What does it mean?
