What's your blocksize/clustersize?

If you are on 1.2.7 tools, do:
$ tunefs.ocfs2 -q -Q "bs=%B\ncs=%T\n" /dev/sdX

If not, do:
$ debugfs.ocfs2 -R "stats" /dev/sdX
