CDSL had to be removed from the ocfs2 code base in order to get acceptance
into the mainline kernel. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like that will ever
change. It's still in the 1.2 code, but if you're using a mainline kernel,
I'd stick with that as ocfs2 1.2 is frozen and focused more towards
enterprise distro kernels.
