[Ocfs2-users] OCFS2 hangs system on reboot

ocfs2-tools includes two init scripts, o2cb and ocfs2. Ensure the
scripts are active and running in the correct sequence. As in,
the startup seq should network, o2cb and then ocfs2. The shutdown
is the reverse of that.
