[Ocfs2-users] ocfs2 root filesystem

I'm testing ocfs2 under xen. Is there anything about ocfs2 that would
prevent it being used as a root filesystem? I'm already using ext3 and
xfs on AoE as my root filesystem on the physical and virtual domains
under xen.

One thing that would make it a bit easier is if ocfs2 could use Ethernet
instead of TCP for the communication channel, so that I wouldn't need to
get IP running before bringing the root filesystem online.
