	Your tools are too old.  You need the latest ocfs2-tools.  Hmm,
and we have no source/debian packages for that on the website.  You can
check out the latest code from Subversion and build .debs.  But we
really should have source sometime soon.

	Because ocfs2console trusts itself to be the final arbiter of
the configuration.  If you created your cluster via ocfs2console, it
would have been named ocfs2.  Instead, you created it by hand.  You can
still use ocfs2console for all tasks other than modifying the cluster
configuration.  Just use /etc/init.d/o2cb yourself to control cluster
start/stop.
