RPM packages can be found in the files section on the web site.

Note that, once again, you'll have to update to the latest beta ocfstools
package (version 1.1.1) at: http://oss.oracle.com/projects/ocfs-tools

*** Please do not use Oracle support for OCFS2 Beta 2 bugs. Bugs should be
reported using the bugzilla system on oss.oracle.com.
