[Ocfs2-tools-devel] [PATCH 0/6] nocontrold v2

This is the counter-part for the nocontrold feature that went into the kernel.
I have tried to keep it backward compatible with kernels which don't support
the DLM callback API in ocfs2. This required some "ugly" ifdefs.

I have tested it with both kernels which support the API (with an
addiitional patch to indicate use of callback API) and the ones
which do not.

Since we are doing away with controld, we worked towards removing the scripts
which are required towards setting up the control daemon. This meant automation of the module loading and setting up cluster_stack.
