[Ocfs2-tools-devel] Patches fixing bugs reported to SuSE

Here are some of the patches which need review. Some of the patches
have been sent earlier and ack'd. I am sending them again because they
were a part of larger fix.

All of these patches were a result of fixing customer issues. All of
the patches need to be incorporated if deemed fit.
