[Ocfs2-tools-devel] fsck perf imporvement patches - drop#1

So I have sent some emails detailing the perf improvements in fsck. I am
sending the patches for review.

My main test comprised of a 2T volume with 15 million files/dirs. In this
workload, my runtime reduces by a factor of 4.

Without patches:
  I/O read disk/cache: 138736MB / 793MB, write: 0MB, rate: 17.46MB/s
  Times real: 7989.577s, user: 430.803s, sys: 110.852s

With patches:
  I/O read disk/cache: 68729MB / 4260MB, write: 0MB, rate: 34.93MB/s
  Times real: 2089.328s, user: 313.210s, sys: 39.757s

The series also includes a patch to track/show the stats and one to show
progress.
