[Ocfs2-tools-devel] o2cb init script changes - drop#2

The following patches teach the o2cb init script to use the new o2cb tool
instead of o2cb_ctl. It also teaches the script to cleanup userdlm domains
during shutdown.

The patches should not affect userspace cluster stacks.

Main change from drop#1 is the last patch that adds online-status option.
Other changes fix small typos.
